Georgia Home Match, a service of Elev8 Advantage, LLC ("we," "us"), operates georgiahomematch.com and city-specific sites such as braseltonhomematch.com (together, the "Sites"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the Sites and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: when you submit a form, use our home value estimator, chat widget, or similar tools, we collect what you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, the city you're interested in, whether you're buying or selling, price range, timeline, property address, and any notes you include.
- Attribution information: we record how you arrived at the Sites (for example, a search ad or referring website) using URL parameters and your browser's session storage, so we know which of our marketing works. This is stored in your browser for the duration of your visit and attached to your inquiry if you submit one.
- Technical basics: our hosting and form providers automatically process standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the Sites.
How we use your information
- To match you with one local, independently licensed Georgia real estate agent who will contact you about your inquiry.
- To respond to you, operate the matching service, and measure and improve our Sites and marketing.
We do not sell your information, and we never distribute your inquiry to multiple agents at once. Your inquiry is shared with a single matched agent.
Who we share it with
- Your matched agent: the licensed real estate agent we match you with receives your inquiry details so they can help you.
- Service providers: we use Formspree to process form submissions and Cloudflare to host the Sites. When you type a property address, the text you type is sent to an address lookup service (Google Maps Platform or the OpenStreetMap-based Photon service) to suggest matching addresses. These providers process data on our behalf to provide those services.
- Legal: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
How we contact you
By submitting an inquiry, you agree that Georgia Home Match and your matched agent may contact you about your inquiry by phone, email, or text message. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of emails via the contact below.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers on the Sites. We use your browser's session storage for the attribution described above; it clears when your browsing session ends. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance.
Data retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to provide the matching service and maintain business records, then delete or de-identify it.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@georgiahomematch.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
The Sites are intended for adults and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
